Enlighten past Thomas!!
Yep, I am a Hindu. Daily mantra practice is been thought as part of my upwards bringing. Stories behind the incarnations are been told over and over. But if I had say any of to the western discussion I can't because it is then complicated. Thomas did an amazing, excitant, outstanding work with not only chanting mantras but explaining them. Lots of divine love to yous Thomas!!

Excellent! Best of his piece of work to me, and so far
I accept read Healing Mantras, Shakti Mantras, and near of Chakra Mantras. All were groovy, only this audio recording was and then helpful, because it filled in many details and too gave a very cohesive summary of things covered in the books besides as nearly mantra in full general. The other smashing benefit to this audio is the fact that the listener gets to hear the mantras chanted - correct pronunciation and cadence - which is so helpful to people who sincerely want to start a personal practice.

Great Mantra Instruction
This is an excellent introduction to mantras and also provides a solid, logical frame piece of work for understanding how and why they work. Lots of mantras are provided with a good caption of how each might affect the practitioner. One thing to keep in mind - mantras are splendid tools but the furnishings tin can exist powerful and for some disorienting or overwhelming so information technology is best to practice mantras under the guidance of a well established instructor.
